I finally finished my wool applique quilt. I had it done several years ago in cotton fabric and decided to redo it about one year ago in wool. I am so glad I did. It was done on black flannel and I hand quilted it. That alone was an accomplishment. I don't hand quilt very much. I used Thermore Batting, which made it a little easier on my fingers and is nice and thin for wall hangings.

Your wool quilt really turned out beautiful. Great job on the hand quilting!! It's worth all the extra work done by hand.
